Glimpse of Everest Trek is comparatively easy and adventure trek around Everest Region. This trek, you would reach only up to Tyangboche monastery which is situated at an altitude of 3860m. It is the highest altitude of the trek.  Although, it is a short trek, offers very scenic trek giving you a really superb view of the world’s highest peaks, including Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Amadablam & other many snowy peaks.

Glimpse of Everest Trek enter the Khumbu region by air from Kathmandu to Lukla which is also famous for mountain views from flight. It takes around 40 minutes to reach Lukla from Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Lukla, you get refreshed in one of the best hotels and then start our trek. A day at Namche is spent for acclimatization to Hotel Everest view. We proceed next day to Tyangboche (3860m), the home to the highest Buddhist monastery in the world (4100m). This is the last destination of this trek. It is known as Namche trek, Everest panorama trek, Everest view trek & well know Everest mini trek. Glimpse of Everest trek continues through the lush vegetation of Sagarmatha National Park with pine forests, rhododendron flowers and an abundance of wildlife to Namche Bazaar (3440m).

Glimpse of Everest trek definitely gives you a great introduction to Sherpa cultures along with spectacular mountain views. During trekking period, you really find the area as a very popular destination for first time trekkers in Nepal. The trek is best suited especially for those people who haven’t enough time for longer treks into the high mountains. And finally, we come back to Kathmandu through Lukla.
