Our 11 day Ghorepani poon hill trekking program takes you to the paradise of Nepal Annapurna. Ghorepani is a small village which is located within the Annapurna Conservation Area. It is an easy and adventurous trek. It means, trekking to Ghorepani is suitable for beginners and of all ages. This trek is well known as Annapurna Panorama or sunrise trek. Poon Hill is the highest and the best view point of trek at the height of 3210m. The hill is only a small distance away from Ghorepani. Moreover, once you are at the top of the hill, you will get panoramic range of mountains at a close distance, including Mt. Annapurna 1st (8091 m) , Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Nilgiri, Hiunchuli plus other peaks. You will be rewarded by the natural beauties in your each and every foot step. You can also enjoy sunrise and sunset views.

Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking can be done all throughout the year. It is although a bit difficult in Monsoon (July to August). The trek starts from Nayapul by crossing the suspension bridge over Modi khola (river) after one hour drive from Pokhara. And then the trail follows little north valley of Mardi river until Birethanti. Birethanti is a junction point to Annapurna sanctuary and Ghorepani poon hill trek. After that it leaves the valley with following up Bhurung khola/stream.Then here comes a lovely village- Ghandruk is a charming village inhabited by Gurung, Magar and Thakali community. Gurung community is popular as Gurkha soldiers in the world. The Gurung culture museum at Ghandruk is one of the prime attraction in the village. The trek gives an opportunity of lifetime to experience the wonder of rural Nepal. This is certainly the trek with full of awesome experiences that you will never forget.
